How Dermalux LED Light Therapy Works

Dermalux Flex MD is a non-invasive treatment that delivers clinically proven therapeutic light energy for rejuvenating and corrective benefits. Specific wavelengths are absorbed by the skin to stimulate cell renewal and collagen production, resolve problem skin conditions such as acne and redness and accelerate skin healing. It is a safe and pain free treatment without downtime.

Following a single Flex MD session, clients can expect immediate improvement in skin tone, hydration and luminosity whilst the beneficial light simultaneously stimulates deeper cell processes for longer lasting benefits in the skin. For sensitive skin conditions, the Flex MD offers relief with redness and irritation.

Dermalux Flex MD is a medically CE certified device for the treatment of acne, psoriasis, wound healing and musculoskeletal pain. Cosmetic indications include skin rejuvenation, pigmentation, redness and sensitive skin conditions.

What Does the treatment involve?

Dermalux is a relaxing, pain free experience with proven mood enhancing effects. Enjoy some luxury me-time as your skin absorbs the energising light to kick start cell regeneration, calm irritation or restore radiance. Each treatment lasts up to 30 minutes and with no downtime.

The Pain Management programme uses predominately Infrared at 830nm for its deep tissue regenerative benefits, along with small doses of red light at 633nm, along with blue light at 415nm for their anti-inflammatory and wound healing properties.

Thanks to the flexible panel design, the Dermalux Flex can be used to effectively reduce pain on all areas of the body.

Any photosensitive disorders

Any sensitization to light such as light induced headaches

Any medication that can cause photosensitivity (these can include certain antibiotics, chemotherapy drugs

and diuretics)**
